Service provider and agreement
pamon.ai is operated by Totza Ltd. An organization's use of pamon.ai is governed by these terms and any separate agreement it has signed with Totza Ltd. If a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for that organization.
Authorized use
The organization manages its pamon.ai users and permissions. Each user must access only the organization, brands, accounts, and data that the user is authorized to use. The organization must have the rights and permissions needed to connect each data source and use the resulting reports.
Google Ads connection
An authorized user may grant pamon.ai access through Google's consent screen. An organization administrator selects which available Google Ads accounts pamon.ai may read. pamon.ai uses the connection for reporting and does not change campaigns, ads, users, or billing settings. The organization remains responsible for its Google Ads account and compliance with Google's applicable terms.
The organization can disconnect a source in pamon.ai, and a Google user can revoke the authorization in Google. Disconnecting stops future reads; treatment of previously collected reporting data follows the customer agreement and our Privacy Policy.
Reports and source data
Reports depend on source access, source freshness, selected accounts, currency coverage, and the completeness of the organization's other data. pamon.ai shows missing or incomplete data where it can detect it. The organization should review source data and coverage before relying on a report for a business decision.
Availability and changes
pamon.ai may be unavailable during maintenance, source outages, or other interruptions. Any service commitments, support levels, and remedies are those in the signed customer agreement. Totza Ltd may update these public terms by posting a revised version and date; changes to an existing signed agreement require the process specified in that agreement.
Ending use
An organization may stop using pamon.ai and request that its connected sources be disabled. Access, historical reporting data, and deletion are then handled under the applicable agreement and our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights or obligations that cannot be limited under applicable law.
